"No" is a magic word that everybody can rarely use. Not all the stressors are in your control, but some are. Saying no can help us to reduce stress levels.

We need to control those parts of our lives that we can change and are causing stress. We often get compromised in things we don't want to do because we fear what people will think about us if we refuse.

It's essential to understand if we take more than we can handle. Life is a balance, and if you lose this balance, you will miss out on parts of your life.

We need to be more selective about what we take. Juggling many responsibilities can leave us feeling overwhelmed. Start saying no to unnecessary things that add to our load. Sometimes, it is not just work stuff. Family and friends can also be stressful from time to time. Running away from those toxic relationships and giving you a break can be healthy.
